Estey & Bomberger Files Lawuit Against Lyft Inc. on Behalf of 20 Victims of Sexual Assault
On December 4th, 2019, the law firm of Estey & Bomberger filed a lawsuit against Lyft Inc. on behalf of 20 victims who were sexually assaulted when using the ridesharing service.
The complaint alleges:
1. That Lyft has known about problems with it’s service for five years
2. Its response has been woefully and appallingly inadequate
3. The company has the technology and the tools to fix the issue but refuses to do so.
